Cranberry Salsa

with Ava’s Simply Salted Flatbread Crisps

What you need!

  • 12 ounces of fresh cranberries

  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped coarsely (leave in seeds in if you like spicy)

  • 1/2 cup cilantro

  • 4 green onions 2 tablespoons lime juice

  • pinch of salt

How to make!

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until desired consistency.

  2. Chill in the fridge for a couple of hours (preferably overnight) to allow the salsa to macerate.

  3. Serve with Ava's Simply Salted Grilled Flatbread Crisps!
