Guacamole

with Ava’s Italian Spice Flatbread Crisps

What you need!

  • 3 ripe avocados

  • 1 lime

  • 1 small tomato, diced

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 1-2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt, to taste

  • 1 small jalapeño, seeds removed (optional, to taste)

  • Freshly chopped cilantro (optional, to taste)

How to make!

  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, chop, and put in a bowl.

  2. Use a fork or a potato masher to mash the avocado to your desired consistency.

  3. Squeeze the juice of the lime into the bowl.

  4. Add the diced tomato, chopped onion, minced garlic, and chopped jalapeño. Stir everything together.

  5. Add salt to taste. If you're using cilantro, fold it in the mixture.

  6. Transfer the guacamole to a serving bowl, and serve immediately with Ava's Italian Spice Grilled Flatbread Crisps.
