Tomato & Cucumber Salad

with Ava’s Simply Salted Crisps!

What you need!

  • 1 Large Cucumber - Peeled with the seeds removed. Dice into quarter inch squares

  • 1 Cup Cherry Tomato - Cut into quarters

  • 1 Small Yellow Onion - Finely diced

  • 1 Tsp Fresh Oregano - Chopped

  • 1/4 Cup of Extra Virgin Olive oil

  • 1/4 Cup Crumbled Feta

How to make!

  1. Gently combine all the ingredients in a bowl and allow to sit.

    Optional Garnish - Fresh ground pink peppercorn and baby basil
